    Hi,

    In this case, the Bluetooth option to turn on doesn't appear, or when trying to pair, no devices appear?

    Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Go to troubleshoot > Start menu > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Troubleshoot other > Bluetooth > Run
