2 accounts hacked with evidence

Hello,

Two of my Microsoft accounts have been hacked, and I have strong evidence that I am the legitimate owner.

I received official emails from Microsoft stating that the passwords on both accounts were changed, even though I did not make those changes. I have screenshots of those emails as evidence.

Because the hacker changed my account information, I no longer have any way to sign in to either account. I have also tried the standard account recovery process, but I am still locked out.

Can someone please advise what additional steps I can take to recover my accounts? If Microsoft support is able to verify ownership using the evidence I have, I am happy to provide any other information needed.

Thank you.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
