How to get my recovery key to this laptop

AI says I need to get my recovery key to get going on my other laptop that says Bitlocker issue. When I try to access my recovery key on this laptop where it says manage recovery key/Bitlocker etc., I get a pop-up window that keeps saying Microsoft is try to log me on...nothing else. I'm trying to turn off AdBlock if it's on but I can't seem to find that either.

Since you’re able to sign in to your Microsoft account, but the Recovery Key page isn’t loading correctly, this appears to be a server-side issue on Microsoft’s end, especially since multiple users are reporting the same problem when trying to access both the Devices page and the BitLocker Recovery Key page.

At this point, there isn’t anything specific you need to change on your device. I’d recommend waiting for Microsoft to resolve the issue and trying again later.
