Why does MSFT say "Sign in", when I am already signed in, with my MSFT account?

This behavior tells me that MSFT is entirely wrong, does not know programming, does not know reason

or logic, and does not care about its paying customers. MSFT has no conscience, no decency, does not care

about anyone.

MSFT is the proud owner of millions of unanswered questions in its Feedback Hub! Microsoft, one of the richest

companies in the world, refuses to have an email address, a phone number, or a mailing address to answer basic

questions about their products. MSFT has no sense! Explain this to all of us!

which I assume you mean by "New Outlook"....

Also this Outlook is unclear, because it does not provide a version number, which it should do!

My Outlook never refers to itself as "New Outlook", because MSFT refers to OUTLOOK regardless

of whether it is the Old or new or something else. That is because MSFT does not understand

that different versions behave differently, because they certainly want to confuse everyone

trying to help.

Is the account an Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN address, or does the Microsoft account use another email provider?

Answer: Yes it is both an account with a @outlook.com and a @msn.com address, because emails to both my old @msn and @outlook.com can reach me there, on the same screen and window,

Is that weird? YES!

Did I ask for that? NO!

MSFT did that without any comment or explanation!

When you talk about "New Outlook"

do you by any chance refer to the thing with the URL

https://outlook.live.com/mail/inbox/.... ?

Because that is exactly what I was signed into.

That's right: I sign into my computer with one password,

and THEN I sign into Outlook.live.com with another ID and

password. And, yes, I can sign into the same account with

my @msn address, and with my @outlook.com address.

In addition, I always sign out when I am done, because of the STORM virus

trying to get in and steal the session cookie of anyone who never signs out.

As I understand it. this causes tons of Outlook accounts being compromised.

But MSFT never warns anyone about that, because zero conscience!

And let me tell you, what Microsoft does is NOT CONFUSING,

but rather it is careless, ruthless and unexplained on MSFT's part.

They do not know what they are doing, because they fired apparently

every smart person, and kept the dummies on. Saves money I guess!

Furthermore, they test approximately 2% of everything that they

should test, and they use us paying customers as guinea pigs!

Nothing they do with their AI is geared towards helping their customer!

It all goes towards ultra-super-profit-maximization algorithms!

Do you need more opinions? I got plenty of them.
