Unable to turn off S mode. In store method does not work, and manual methods do not work either. What do I do?

I got a new laptop, Aspire Go 15, and attempted to turn off S mode. Whenever I attempted to do so in the store as was intended, it kept asking me to try again over and over. No matter how many times I restarted the laptop, or updated it, the store would not allow me to disable S mode. I even went deeper into my computer in the attempt to deactivate it manually but not even that worked. Can someone please help me turn off S mode? Or deactivate it manually? I have been trying to fix it for the past four hours.

Open the start menu and type Windows Update and see if you have any updates pending.

Click on the start menu Type 'WSreset.exe' and hit Enter.

Restart your computer and see if the problem persists.

Open the Settings app and go to System - Recovery.

Click the "Install Now" button under "Fix problems using Windows Update."

When finished, see if the problem persists.
