Hello Microsoft Team,
I received a free DP-800 certification exam voucher through the Microsoft Data Days event and successfully redeemed it to schedule my exam.
Unfortunately, I was unable to take the exam because I did not have a PVC Aadhaar card, which was required for identity verification during check-in. As a result, I missed my scheduled exam and the voucher was used.
I now have my PVC Aadhaar card and am ready to take the exam.
Could you please let me know if it is possible to reissue my DP-800 exam voucher or provide another voucher so I can schedule the exam again?
I would be grateful for any assistance. If additional information is required (such as my Microsoft Learn email, exam appointment details, or voucher information), I will be happy to provide it.
