I removed my Microsoft account from my family group and changed my birth date, but Xbox still says I’m not old enough to create an Xbox profile. My account is still being treated as a child account. Could you refresh or check my Xbox profile?

    Hello 가윤 이

I’m sorry you are still being blocked after updating your birth date. Unfortunately, community moderators cannot view or refresh an Xbox profile because we do not have access to Microsoft account systems.

Microsoft’s official instructions depend on whether parental consent has already been associated with the account. If consent exists, the adult account that originally provided it must open Manage child accounts and choose Edit this child’s personal info. If no consent exists, the account should prompt for an adult to complete the consent process first.

Please follow the official guide here: Correct the birth date on a Microsoft account.

If the information is already correct but Xbox still blocks profile creation, you will need to contact Microsoft Support, as this cannot be manually corrected from the community forum.

    Thank you for your understanding
