    Hi there!

Since the videos played normally on your old computer, it is possible that it is the settings or browser on your new PC that is causing the problem. If you're using Microsoft Edge, try opening the same MSN video in Chrome or Firefox to isolate the problem and confirm if it is a browser specific issue.

If the issue only occurs in one browser, try clearing its cache and cookies, then restart the browser and test again. It's also worth temporarily disabling any ad blockers or privacy extensions, as these can sometimes cause issues with playing videos.

Additionally, you can try to disable hardware acceleration by following these steps for Edge:

    • Open Microsoft Edge.
    • Select the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner and choose Settings.
    • Select System and performance from the left pane.
    • Turn off Use graphics acceleration when available (this setting may be labeled Use hardware acceleration when available in some versions of Edge).
    • Select Restart to relaunch Edge.

I also found a similar Microsoft Community thread that discusses MSN video playback issues. While the errors or problems aren't exactly the same, some of the troubleshooting suggestions there may be helpful:

I hope the above helps somehow!
