    Hi Cowgurll Vegas

The M-VAVE SMK-25 II is a MIDI controller, not a standard computer keyboard. It sends MIDI data to music software (DAWs) and will not type text into Windows. It supports both USB and Bluetooth MIDI connections.

To help narrow down the issue:

    • Which Dell laptop model do you have?
    • Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11?
    • Does the SMK-25 II appear in Device Manager when connected via USB?
    • Does it appear in Bluetooth settings when attempting to pair?
    • Have you tested the controller on another PC or mobile device?

If neither USB nor Bluetooth works, the issue could be related to the USB cable, Bluetooth/chipset drivers, or the controller itself.

Feel free to update here if anything comes up!
