A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
Hey there, Harish Kumar Macherla
Because you have used your company email address to sign up for Azure, you look to have been created the resources on the companies tenant. Hence why you are unable to sign into the tenant now. To resolve this, please speak to your admin. They can temporarily provide you access to use Azure so you can sign into your account and stop the resources that are being used on the tenant.
Once they have provided access, please sign into your account here: https://portal.azure.com/#view/HubsExtension/ServiceMenuBlade/extension/Microsoft_Azure_Resources/menuId/ResourceManager/itemId/browseAll
Please go through each resource and stop each resource that is running. Once you have done this, please go back to the table and click onto the check-box on the left-hand side of the column name "Name" to select all resources on the table.
Once you have selected this box, please click onto "Delete" on the top menu
Doing this, will remove the resources from the tenant. By making sure they are in stopped state before deleting, this helps prevent further charges to your subscription while the resources are being deleted (I am sceptical on it stopping the charges straight away when you delete the resource rather then stopping it).
After this, if you are wanting to delete the subscription, please sign into your cost management & billing blade here: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_GTM/ModernBillingMenuBlade/~/Subscriptions
Please click onto the subscription you wish to cancel/delete. Then select the option to cancel the subscription. You may not be able to do this straight away due to the resources being processed for deletion. Depending on what resources were running, you may have bills being generated by Azure for what you have used.
If this is the case, you won't be able to cancel the subscription. You can find out more information on how to do this here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/cancel-azure-subscription
Hope this helps,
Nathan
