how to fix, ,but excel has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Excell need to be closed as a result.

    Exit all Office apps and then run an Online Repair; see https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/Office/lifecycle/repair-an-office-application .

    Before you begin, make sure that you can access your Microsoft account and that Office is associated with it, so that you can reinstall Office successfully, as this is normally the final step of an Online Repair.
