access to my vault

Dear Microsoft

i subscrine to microsoft 365 and cannot open up mu personal vault

it is the only file that i cannot open

wheni do it is sayi ng that you have blocked access to the vault

i need to be able to access it urgently

Please can you sign into your Microsoft OneDrive storage space here: https://onedrive.live.com/my

When you have signed in, please can you click onto "Personal Vault" from the list of files

Does it allow you to access your vault from the website?
