money deducted from my account without renewing

Hello sir my ms subscription was expired on july 2022 and after that i did not renew it but today i got bill for kd 29 on my account. How can it be sir, Please help sir. My email address is <moderator: PII removed>@yahoo.com. my kuwait mobile no is <moderator: PII removed>. I need refund sir.
