    Hi Coach Crispy,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide such details the next time you post to protect personal data.

Sorry to hear that you're having issue, it makes sense to try to reconnect with the support agent handling this case. That said, I must note that Microsoft Q&A is just a community forum. Contributors here are users like you and does not have access to support cases or internal teams to reconnect you with a specific agent. You can try:

    • Contact Microsoft Support again and provide the case number so they route you to the appropriate team.
    • If you're contacting via email, reply directly to any email associated with your case number.
    • Check Request history and see if you can continue the previous session.

If you'd like, you can also share a description of the issue here. While we cannot access your support case, community members may be able to suggest troubleshooting steps or workarounds that could help.
