why are files and pictures automatically Deleted?

i keep getting this deleted or photos deleted.warning from one drive i now have like 3 one drives forlders and cant find anything any more. how can i fix this

The warning in the screenshot appears when OneDrive detects that several items were removed or moved from a synced folder and is asking whether those deletions should also be applied online. Deleting a file inside a OneDrive folder can remove it from both the computer and OneDrive.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Select Keep 11 items, not Delete all items. Also clear Don’t ask again so OneDrive continues warning you about large deletions.

Select the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar, then Help & Settings > Pause syncing. Do not delete any of the three OneDrive folders yet.

Sign in at OneDrive.com using each Microsoft account you may have used. Search for the missing files, then check Recycle bin and restore anything found. The website is the best place to check because it shows what is actually stored online.

In OneDrive Settings > Account, note which account and folder are currently connected. The extra folders may belong to another account or an older sync setup.

After the files are safely located, unlink only the incorrect account through Settings > Account > Unlink this PC, then reconnect the correct account. Do not remove folders until their contents have been checked online.
