Hi

I deleted everything in My Documents after downloading them to an external harddrive. Now Outlook shows no emails at all and I also cannot send or receive

    The error code is typically 0x8004010F, which means Outlook cannot access your default data file or your user profile.

    That's happened because you mentioned that you deleted (Documents) Folder which included (Data files for Outlook)

    --> You can check your backup & search for Folder named (Outlook or Outlook Files) and restore it back.

    OR: you can create a new profile (if you email messages on cloud and no need for offline data file, as outlook will recreate those datafiles again from cloud same as https://outlook.com/)
    If (outlook.live.com) emails same as before, then you can create new profile using the below guide:

    1. Close Microsoft Outlook completely
    2. Open the Control Panel
    3. then click on Mail

    4. Click on Show Profiles

    5. Add --> New Pofile
    6. Add you email and credentials
    7. make sure to select that profile as default
      Select Always use this profile and choose your new profile from the drop-down menu.
