Having issues to assess myunisa email account

Question

I am unable to login to myunisa email account. And my authertic app won't show any signs password or sign request 😞. Right now I can't even assess my module Site please assist me.

Thanks for the additional information. So from what I can make out, when you are trying to sign into your university account, you are presented with a code to verify on the Microsoft authenticator app, but the code never arrives.

If this is the case, this can be because of your network connection on the phone. If you are using a mobile internet connection, or the connection to the WIFI is weak, then the authenticator app takes longer to get the request sent by the server when you are attempting to sign in. Thus it either shows later, or doesn't show at all depending on the signal.

When the code shows on the screen, asking you to verify your sign-in request, please can you open the Microsoft authenticator app and sign in. Once the app lists all of your accounts, please press down on the screen towards the middle, or top of the app and swipe down. This forces the app to refresh and check for any verification requests coming through. Sometimes this gets the prompt to appear so you can verify the number visible on-screen.

If this doesn't work, please check that your connection is a strong connection (not on one or two bars). If you are on a mobile internet connection, please connect to WIFI and try again with the sign-in and verification workflow.
