where do i find a contact phone number

my subsscip cancelation says Aug 2nd but the debit says Aug 1st; its need to be canceled immediately so no payment comes out on Aug 1st am not trying to argue to get my money back; I have not used your service and it was canceled within 30 min of signing up

Log into your Microsoft account on this link and check if the subscription has been cancelled and also, click Manage on the subscription and ensure recurring billing on the subscription has been disabled.

If your subscription has ben charged for, and not cancelled correctly, use the steps provided on this link to cancel the subscription.

Then, if you were charged for the subscription and it is cancelled, you should be entitled to a pro-rata refund, you can check your eligibility to a refund using the steps on this link.
