Request for Filter Category Feature in New Outlook

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

We are experiencing a challenge with the New Outlook application. Specifically, the Filter by Category option is not available in the latest version of New Outlook, whereas this feature is available in Classic Outlook.

This feature is very useful for managing shared/group mailboxes, as it allows us to categorize emails and assign tasks to the respective stakeholders, making mailbox management more efficient.

Could you please confirm whether this feature is available in the New Outlook? If it is, kindly guide us on how to enable or access it.

If this feature is not currently supported in the New Outlook, we kindly request that you consider implementing it in a future update, as it is an important functionality for our daily operations and workflow.

In fact, few similar suggestions already exist therein, and Microsoft has confirmed they will deliver such a feature, although there are no specific timelines.
