Hello Microsoft Rewards Support,

I have been saving my Microsoft Rewards points specifically to redeem an Amazon Pay Gift Card and currently have 24,215 points. I was disappointed to see that this reward is no longer available.

I would like to know if the Amazon Pay Gift Card will return to the Rewards catalog in India. If possible, I kindly request that you consider bringing it back, as it is the reward I have been saving for.

This reward would genuinely help me with my everyday expenses, which is why it is so important to me. I would greatly appreciate any information you can provide regarding its availability.

Thank you for your time and support.

    Hello

At the moment, there is no confirmed date for the Amazon Pay Gift Card to return to Microsoft Rewards in India.

Microsoft officially states that Rewards offers vary by country/market, some gift cards may only be temporarily available, and even Microsoft Rewards Support cannot provide a date for when a gift card will be restocked or removed.

I recommend checking the redemption catalog periodically here: https://rewards.microsoft.com/redeem

If you would like Microsoft to record your request to bring the Amazon Pay Gift Card back, you can also contact the Rewards team through the “Contact us” option at the bottom of this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/rewards/how-to-redeem-microsoft-rewards-points

Unfortunately, the community forum cannot add or restore rewards in the catalog. Hopefully it will become available again.
