Request for Exception Reschedule / Voucher – Accidental AM/PM Time Selection for Exam

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I recently booked my Microsoft certification exam scheduled for 30th July 2026. Unfortunately, while scheduling online, I accidentally selected 3:15 AM instead of 3:15 PM.

Because of this honest mistake in time selection (AM/PM confusion), I missed the appointment. I contacted Pearson VUE support, but they declined to assist as the appointment time had passed.

Since taking an exam at 3:15 AM was clearly an unintended mistake, I kindly request you to consider my case as a one-time exception and allow me to reschedule the exam or provide a replacement voucher so I can reappear.

Beware that this is a public forum and you are sharing your predicament with the whole wide world. Furthermore, exams and certifications are not covered here. I believe the place to go is https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help?Account=true&NavToggle=True.

As for the issue as such, I can have sympathy with you. This AM/PM business gives me a headache. I live strictly by a 24-hour clock.
