how to solve youtube or any other website video playing error

i did everything like hardware acceleration turn off or on. refreshes. rest pc. redownloaded intel graphics. performance settings. troubleshoot. restarts. graphics update. cmd restore health. cache data or browsing data clearing. changigng settings even resetting pc 2 times and graphics download 4 time aint even working. my problem is my youtube loading properly but video aint playing i removed extensions aswell it showing me a black screen with loading sign but everything loaded properly it aint working in any browser like chrome, edge etc. i tried everything and nothing working wht to dooo nowwwwwww i am so freaking tiredddddd
