Win 7 crashes spontaneously,there is no overheating of the processor

• Are there any error messages or stop codes displayed?
• Is Windows 7 running on a desktop or laptop?

Please note that Windows 7 has reached End of Support (EOS). While Microsoft no longer provides updates for Windows 7, you can still try the following workarounds:

1, Open an elevated Command Prompt and run: chkdsk C: /f /r

Restart the PC when prompted and allow the disk check to complete.

2, Check the Windows Event Viewer:

• Press Windows + R
• Type eventvwr.msc
• Review Windows Logs > System for Critical or Error events occurring at the time of the crash.

3, Test the memory:

• Press Windows + R
• Type mdsched.exe
• Select "Restart now and check for problems"
