sharing in powerpoint

I am trying to share a PowerPoint and it's saying I can't and to check the privacy setting. What needs to be turned on in order to have share documents?

The message usually appears when PowerPoint’s connected experiences are disabled. Sharing also requires the presentation to be saved in OneDrive or SharePoint.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

In PowerPoint, select File > Account > Account Privacy > Manage Settings.

Turn on Enable connected experiences. If separate options are shown, also enable experiences that analyze content and download online content.

Close and reopen PowerPoint, then make sure you are signed in with the Microsoft account that owns your Microsoft 365 subscription.

Save the presentation to OneDrive or SharePoint, then select Share again. Choose whether the recipient can edit or only view it, then send the link.

If the privacy options are grayed out or keep turning off, the settings may be controlled by your work or school administrator, so you will need to contact your IT department.

As a temporary workaround, select Share > Send a copy, or attach the PowerPoint file directly to an email instead of sharing a collaboration link.
