  • I purchased the 100GB storage for my personal one drive (I also have a one drive for my business account) but I keep being informed that I'm over my 5GB limit. How do I fix this?

When did you perform the storage upgrade?

After payment there may be a delay of up to 48 hours for the new storage space to be updated.
If this deadline has passed, you can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this problem.

On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Enter "Billing" as keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

Select "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription."

Then fill in a few more details and you'll be transferred to speak to an agent.
