Unable to open my excel or word programs.

I can't open my excel or word programs. I keep getting an error message, stating unable to open, please close. My account was paid in full 12/25. Can someone reach out & walk me through this please???

    So, are you on Windows 10, or 11, because earlier you said you were on Windows 11?

    Regardless, Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.

    Look for Microsoft 365, click on the three dots. Choose Modify, then choose Online Repair.

    If Online Repair doesn't help, uninstall it.

    Restart the computer.

    Then reinstall.

    Please go to https://www.office.com

    Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on the 9-dot icon on the upper left > More apps.

    Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

    It says Personal but also it doesn't support Windows 10 anymore
