You did an update on Wednesday. Since them I not been able to send/receive on my classic outlook. Tour AI was useless...I have been promised a call back for Thursday, Friday and Saturday..I am still waiting!!!!!!!

From the numerous posts below THIS IS A MICROSOFT USERWIDE PROBLEM...You would think that they would admit and tell us they are working rather than repeatedly automatically LIE that a technician will call SOON, Of course, SOON MAY BE WEEKS.

I can not offer any suggestions for getting a prompt callback from Microsoft Support. If this persist all I can suggest is that you try some alternatives:
