Hello, my Microsoft account has been hacked and the hackers have changed the mail address to ******@bibimail.net, as well as changed the password. I am unable to access the account, to even fill out the recovery form since it has 2FA, and use the authentificator app for recovery since it says "Try later" again and again. I do still have the authentificator app and it seems still linked to the account, that's how I found the new mail name they put, but I'm unable to access the account with it. I've also noticed my school Microsoft account has been hacked as well, and that's a pretty big deal so I would really need some help.

Hey there. Nice to meet you.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
