While attempting to start the DP-600 exam, I received a notification on my Windows PC instructing me to stop the "system" process, and I was unable to proceed further.

Which process exactly am I supposed to stop?

After receiving that notification, I immediately contacted Pearson VUE and received the following response: "Thank you for your patience. We have confirmed that a widespread service outage is currently occurring. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We will generate a registration number so that you can reschedule your exam." The chat session then ended.

I called customer service today, and they told me I would have to wait up to five days to schedule the exam,

but I want to take the exam as soon as possible this week.

Customer service case number: 42334531.

This is a community forum not support. You need to wait for Pearson Vue, the exam provider, https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact, to compete the case that you have raised.
