ok so I have a account I'm trying to log in, but I don't have access to the Gmail anymore. however I have the phone number, but every time I try to log in I get the error. That method isn't working right now. Please try anothe. I have proof that my phone was log in 2 the gmail. I also have the card number used to buy mc and the phone number linked to my account, but my only way to log in is if the phone verification is working or if I can show proof of what I just said to someone so I can get my account back.

Just to confirm, since you mentioned that you have a recovery phone number linked to your account, did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

Also, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your account?
