Outlook not opening. No phone number to call and ask for help.

Outlook not opening, in either normal mode or safe mode.

Also no phone number to ring for help. I have somehow paid for your subscription 3 times in the past few months just trying to sort out my issue. But no help available.

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you're unable to open your Outlook app. I'll do my best to help. May I know if you have tried to reinstall the app already? Are you getting any error message?

First thing to do is to restart your computer and check if the issue persists.

May I know if the issue is only happening on Outlook app?
