I need to change my country or region in my plan to upgrade to premium

Hi there,

Currently my plan is MS365 Family and i want to upgrade to premium. I am unable to do so as its under vietnam and charged in vnd. I have already changed my account info to Singapore and billing address also Singapore. I also cancelled subscription and update payment method but still the country or region shown is still vietnam and in vnd.

Please assist to help me resolve this so i can upgrade my plan.

Changing the country in your Microsoft account profile or updating the billing address will not convert an existing subscription from Vietnam to Singapore.

Also, cancelling the subscription usually only turns off recurring billing. The Microsoft 365 Family subscription remains active until its expiration date.
