What is causing Bluescreens shortly after startup on my PC?

Shortly after startup my PC will Bluescreen then reboot, no problems following that crash, just wondering what's causing it to fix and avoid it for the future. I've attached the recent minidumps for use.

Hi,

Did you make any BIOS modifications?

Most reports indicate a kernel failure.

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

Hi,

I recommend updating the BIOS and GPU drivers, as well as the chipset drivers.

Keep in mind that while a BIOS update is recommended, it does carry risks. If the process is interrupted, your laptop might fail to boot. Therefore, if you lack experience with hardware and software, I suggest skipping this step—even though it is highly recommended.

To update the BIOS, you first need to disable BitLocker. To do this, open the Command Prompt (as administrator), run the command manage-bde -off C:, wait for the decryption process to finish, and restart your computer.

Ok will do, three questions,

Do I need to have the Nvidia driver downloaded prior to DDU so that I can install it after running it?

Is this a clean install in the case that we can't isolate the problem?

Do I have to re-enable BitLocker?

Hi,

Yes, you need to have the driver ready to reinstall after using DDU.

A clean boot is simply a way to disable third-party programs to see if any of them are causing the BSOD; you can try this if updating the BIOS and drivers doesn't resolve the issue.

Well, re-enabling BitLocker isn't mandatory; it's just an additional security measure.

Can you send the make and model of your computer please along with bios version which I believe is F22.

Are you overclocking at all and list the PSU unit as well.

I've never done it before, is it best to do Q-Flash and update it via that?
