Unable to connect sennheiser headphone with this laptop

Unable to connect sennheiser headphone neither through bluetooth nor usb/c3 connector with this laptop.
But the headphone is okay and I am able to with mobile phone through bluetooth as well as c3 connector.
What is the root cause.
How to solve the issue?

    Hi,

    I will help you with this.

    1. What is the make and model of the headphone?
    2. Have you put them in pairing mode? I can help you with this if I know the make and model.

    When you have connected using USB,

    Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type mmsys.cpl

    Press Enter.

    Take a screenshot of it and post.
