    Dear @Mahua GANGULY,

Based on your description, kindly try these steps:

Option 1: Drag and Drop the Email into Your New Message

Open Outlook and create a New Email or open the email you want to reply to.

Navigate to the folder containing the email or email thread you would like to reference.

Click and hold the email from the message list.

Drag the email into the new message window and release it.

The email will be added as an attachment, allowing recipients to open and review the original conversation separately.

Option 2: Attach the Email as an Outlook Item

    Open a New Email message.

    Select Insert > Outlook Item.

Browse to the folder containing the email you would like to attach.

Select the desired email or conversation.

Choose Attach as Attachment and click OK.

The selected email will appear as an attachment in your message.

Option 3: Save and Attach the Email

Open the email you would like to share.

Save it to your computer as an Outlook message (.msg) file.

Create or reply to an email.

Select Attach File and browse to the saved message.

Attach the file and send your email.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.
