Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager > Processes tab > Find any running PowerPoint tasks > End Task.
Click Start > Type Run and hit enter > Type powerpnt /safe and hit enter to launch without add-ins > If it opens normally, disable faulty add-ins under File > Options > Add-ins.
If it does not help, open your system Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Search for 365 or Microsoft Office > Click the three dots > Modify > Online Repair.
