Is this problem affecting one PowerPoint presentation, or are you unable to open the PowerPoint app and if so, what error is indicates, are you seeing an error dialog with a 'Repair Now' button and is that failing to resolve the problem, please provide a screenshot of any error you may be seeing.

If you are seeing the popup error with the 'Repair Now' button, before proceeding to repair your Office apps, log into your Microsoft account on this link (https://account.microsoft.com/services/) to ensure your Office licence or subscription is correctly listed there.

Then, open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to Apps - Installed Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.
