25 April 2026 I was charged £104.99 Sterling (on my Bank Account) for subscription for 365F which I never signed up for and 365 F IS NOT showing on my subscriptions.

My subscriptions only show I have 365 Basic at £19.99 per year - which I have never used and has had 0% usage.

How do I cancel both and get a refund for both.

    Hello Sandra Willmott,

I understand you were charged £104.99 on 25 April 2026 for a Microsoft 365 subscription you do not recognize, while your account only shows Microsoft 365 Basic at £19.99 per year. You would like to cancel both subscriptions and request refunds for the charges.

I recommend trying the steps below:

Sign in to Manage your payments, locate the £104.99 charge from 25 April 2026, and select Investigate. Also check any other Microsoft accounts or older email addresses you may have used.

To cancel Microsoft 365 Basic, open Services & subscriptions, select Manage beside Microsoft 365 Basic, then Cancel and follow the prompts. Any available refund option will be shown during cancellation, but please note that a refund is not guaranteed. See more: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription.

If the £104.99 charge still cannot be found, please contact Microsoft Support so they can investigate the payment. Since this is a user-to-user community forum, we can only offer suggestions based on available information and personal experience. We cannot access your account, trace the charge, cancel subscriptions, or process a refund on your behalf.

Here's how to reach out to the Support Team (live chat):

    1.  Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue.
    3. Hit "Get Help"
    4. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support for further assistance (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

Tip: Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.

If Microsoft cannot identify the charge either, contact your bank immediately to report it as unauthorized and ask them to secure your payment card against further charges.

Hopefully your issue will be sorted out soon. Thank you so much for your patience!

    Best regards.
