Hello,

My Microsoft account appears to have been compromised.

I can still access the account on my Android phone because it was already signed in, but I cannot sign in on my Windows PC.

When I try to sign in or reset my password, Microsoft sends the verification code to ******@comemaddah.live, which is not my email address and I have never added it to my account.

I have also noticed that:

  • My Microsoft Store and OneDrive ask for credentials that no longer work.
  • My current password is rejected on the PC.
  • The recovery options point to an email address that does not belong to me.

I own this account and can provide proof of ownership, including:

  • Microsoft account: -
  • Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC purchase
  • Microsoft Order Number
  • Purchase date
  • Payment method: Google Pay (UPI)
  • I have the purchase receipt and payment confirmation.

Please help me remove the unauthorized recovery email, restore my account security, and recover full access to my Microsoft account.
