My accounts have been compromised and I can't recover them

Hi one of my gmails had been compromised and wouldn't let me recover due to not being recognized, this led to another account being hacked as I was not able to change safety settings.

I attempted to ask Microsoft to return both but they locked one and said they can't help get it back, is there anyway to recover these accounts or are they lost for good?

I'm afraid that if the hacker had changed the security information, there is nothing you can do.

    If the hacker has changed the associated email address, unfortunately, it would be difficult to recover the account.
