Getting a refund for surface pro features.

I received an email stating that my surface pro features has been renewed for another year. I do not have the surface any longer and would like a refund. The email states that if canceled and a refund is requested within 30 days a full refund would be given. There is no place to request a refund. The Microsoft site keeps looping you around to more information sites and says " you have already paid for your renewal, Your pro features are active for 1 more year." Where do i request a refund as the email states ?

Did you cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription using the process on this link:

If so, you should be entitled to a pro-rata refund, you can check your eligibility to a refund using the steps on this link.
