Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @pablo villegas,
Both Power BI Pro and Power Apps/Power Platform-related subscriptions are typically associated with a work/school account, regardless of the email address used during the sign-up or purchase process.
Typically, when purchasing these types of subscriptions, Microsoft asks you to create a Microsoft 365 tenant and an initial administrator account, which often uses an .onmicrosoft.com domain.
At this point, I'm not sure how your subscriptions were originally set up. Do you recall creating two separate accounts for these subscriptions, or were both associated with the same Microsoft 365 tenant during sign-up?
In addition, could you let me know whether you know the full credentials for the account ending in awplabs.onmicrosoft.com, and whether you're able to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
If yes, you can follow the steps below to cancel the subscriptions currently linked to that account: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
As for the Power BI Pro subscription linked to your personal Gmail account, the situation is typically similar. Even if a personal email address was used during sign-up, the service is usually associated with a Microsoft 365 tenant and an .onmicrosoft.com account behind the scenes.
I'd recommend following the same steps to identify the associated tenant and administrator account, then signing in to the appropriate Microsoft 365 Admin Center to cancel the subscription.
If you don't recall that account, I would recommend checking the email address used for the purchase. The original invoice, subscription confirmation, or welcome emails may contain the tenant name, administrator account, or other sign-in details that were assigned during setup.
If anything is unclear or run into any issues, please let me know and I'll be happy to clarify.
