Okay, you need to do a quick test here. Open your web browser and go to https://outlook.office.com

Sign in and ensure you are using your correct account. From there you can send an email to yourself and check if you can receive it. (test email should be sent and receive almost instantly to yourself with minimal delay)

Let me know what will happen to your test email.

    Hi!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

If you can sign in to Outlook and view your existing emails but have not received any new messages since July 22, the issue is most likely related to your mailbox rather than your password or account access.

Can you tell me are you using the New Outlook, Classic Outlook or you open a browser and go to Outlook.com? Can you sign in and open it via browser, check if there are updated emails there.
