How do I re-activate Microsoft Office 2021 perpetual license.

I purchased a perpetual Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 for Mac license and the license suddenly deactivated. I have tried reinstalling from My account on the website but this has not worked.

I have a Macbook Air OS version Tahoe.26.5

Any insight would be appreciated.
