Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

That might be a pop-up scam. Did you download, install, or open a suspicious website? does the pop up came from web browser or it covers the PC? While waiting, kindly try to remove it by following the steps below:

Step 1. End the pop-up task

Open Task Manager (Press CTRL + Shift + ESC)

Look for the process app that might be causing the pop-up and make sure to remember the name

Then right-click and select End task

    Step 2. Uninstall

Press the Windows key + R, then type in:

    appwiz.cpl

Look for the suspicious app and uninstall it.

Note: If the issue is browser-related, I recommend clearing your browsing history. If the issue started within the last 24 hours, select the option to clear browsing history for the past day. Otherwise, clear it starting from the date the issue began.
