Currently the issue is not with exam and it is with accessing the learn porfile.
Can't access the portal to take exam

Hello,
One of my college wish to take AZ 500 & SC 100 exam and he already passed, now he wish to renew. When he tried to login, it shows that the account doesn't exists.
Can you help on this?
