    Hi Lisa,

    I hope you're doing well.

From your description and the thread tag, I understand that you're trying to insert or attach an email into an existing calendar entry in Classic Outlook for Windows.

To do this, please follow these steps:

    • Open Classic Outlook and switch to the Calendar view.
    • Double-click the existing calendar item to open it in its own editing window.
    • Arrange your Outlook windows so that both the message list and the calendar item are visible.
    • Select the email you would like to add.
    • Drag the email from the message list and drop it into the open calendar item.
    • Once the email has been added, select Send Update (for meetings with attendees) or Save & Close (for appointments) to save your changes.

The email should now be attached to the calendar item and available for future reference.

I hope you find this information useful. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.
