    Hello @Ray Wilkinson,

Have you tried making like a collection of emails (I can't recall the exact name currently)? There you can set rules like, if this mail is from this mailer, send that here, and vice versa! It's probably not permanent, but hopefully it works for now while you contact support (which takes them a while to respond)!

Hi Ray, in order to find out the "exact" reason why your emails were being flagged as spam, I need a copy of the email header. Can you ask one of the people you emailed to, to locate your email, and grab the email header and share with you.

When you share, please make sure you remove references of email addresses to protect yours and their privacy.

Without this header, there's no way for anyone to tell you the exact reason why it is spam, and I don't want to just give you some guesses or generic answer.

If the other person is using Microsoft email as well, this is how they can get the header: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/view-internet-message-headers-in-outlook

If they use gmail, follow this instruction: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/29436?hl=en
