Windows 11 won't let me switch out of S mode. I've tried all the advice and troubleshooting steps I could find online, but nothing has worked.

Open the start menu and type Windows Update and see if you have any updates pending.
Click on the start menu Type 'WSreset.exe' and hit Enter.
Restart your computer and see if the problem persists.

Click the "Install Now" button under "Fix problems using Windows Update."
When finished, see if the problem persists.
It’s still the same problem. I tried both options.
The alternative in this case is to perform a clean installation of Windows.
How to do that without losing Windows, which came with the laptop?
Unfortunately, a clean install will erase all content unless you have a backup.
Have you checked for pending updates in Windows Update?

If the problem exiting S Mode persists even after the steps above, unfortunately, a clean install may be the only remaining option.
