How to get Robux from Xbox Rewards

Hello! A few days to a week ago I used my Xbox rewards to redeem 800 Robux. I haven't seen it on my Roblox account (I'm signed in on my Xbox) and I also haven't gotten messaged a code or anything. I tried looking up what to do but nothing has helped me.

If you redeemed the 800 Robux reward a few days ago and have not received either the Robux or a redemption code yet, I recommend first checking your Microsoft Rewards order history to see whether the redemption shows as Completed, Processing, or Declined. Some rewards may require additional verification or fulfillment time before they are delivered.

If the order shows as Completed, check the email address associated with your Microsoft account, including any spam or junk folders, and look for an option to resend the code if one is available. Also, make sure you are signed in to the correct Roblox account on your Xbox, as Roblox rewards are generally associated with the account used during the redemption or purchase process.

If several days have passed and the reward is still not available, contacting Microsoft Rewards Support would be the best next step so they can review the redemption status for your account.
